Sidhya is a highly innovative, pioneering and a goal-oriented professional who is extremely committed to people development and development of systems & processes to support long-term sustenance. She believes all human beings can live a much more powerful life than what they are living at any point of time by aligning their paradigms with reality.

Having worked in her own family businesses for a greater part of her career, she has developed keen interest in family businesses and their governance structures as well as implementation of such practices.

She has been brought up in a Joint Family and considers herself to be privileged to have an opportunity which has helped her grow immensely both personally and professionally. She has been working with families with multigenerational members on issues around both family and business facilitating conversations on – relationships of family members with each other, rights and role of married daughters, operationalising Business platform for family members and drafting concise and implementable constitutions for families. 

She has done her MBA from Said Business School, Oxford University and graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi. She has also done the Certificate Program by Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Entrepreneurs conducted by ISB Hyderabad. 

She is also deeply passionate and committed to the social sector from an early age and has single-handedly managed the Central Government funded Placement Linked Skill Development Program for Below Poverty Line Rural Youth in central India for 2 years. She founded 3 schools in Satna, Indore and Jabalpur in 2016 based on the education philosophy of Jiddu Krishnamurthy and Rudolph Steiner. She was involved with a volunteering project for 6 months with UnLimited Tamil Nadu, a social start-up incubator, part of the UnLimited UK and worked closely with 5 social entrepreneurs.
