Ms. Rashi Manwani, currently working with BAF Consultants as a Consultant strongly believes that people development and development of systems & processes is the key to long-term sustenance of any business. Associated with BAF Consultants for over 4 years now, she has developed keen interest in family businesses and their governance structures as well as implementation of such practices and has worked with numerous families in designing their constitution.

Her areas of interest in Family Business Governance space include Ownership Structuring, Family Office and Succession Planning etc. At BAF, she looks after Accounts & Finance, Corporate Events, Outreach & Strategic Partnerships, Data Driven Strategic Analysis and Support in Strategic Initiatives, Branding and works as Consultant on 3-4 engagements at any point in time.

Having interned with organizations like Times Innovative Media, SPFL Securities Ltd., Koovs & Ajio in the domains of Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Sales and Customer Relationship Management and Digital Marketing etc. in the past, she brings in a lot of versatility to the BAF team and has served as a lead for many projects during her internships. She graduated from Faculty of Management Studies, Symbiosis International University, Pune with majors in Financial Management and minors in Marketing Management. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Certified Professional from KPMG and holds Certificates in Financial Modeling and Share Market Analysis from BSE. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters in Advanced Digital Marketing from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad.
